The diffuser vessels feature a glazed interior with a natural terra-cotta rim that allows fragrance oil to absorb and gently diffuse through the clay. As the oil travels, subtle darkening or patina may appear — a natural characteristic, not a flaw. The interior glaze prevents seepage, so discoloration should not transfer to surfaces. Still, we recommend placing your vessel on a non-porous surface or coaster.
We offer free Standard shipping on all orders over $100, with a typical delivery time of 3-4 business days. For orders under $100, we provide Economy shipping for $8, with a typical delivery time of 5-8 business days. All orders are eligible for Express shipping for $25, with a typical delivery time of 1-2 business days.
Most items can be ordered online for free pick up at our store in the Mercado District in Tucson. Just select the 'Pick Up' option in Checkout if it is available.
We accept online and in-store returns for unworn, unused merchandise with tags within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase. All online returns will be charged a return shipping fee of $10.
