We offer free Standard shipping on all orders over $200, with a typical delivery time of 3-4 business days.

For orders under $200, we provide Economy shipping for $10, with a typical delivery time of 5-8 business days.

All orders are eligible for Express shipping for $30, with a typical delivery time of 1-2 business days.

All online orders ship via UPS or USPS and will be processed for delivery within 3 business days, Express orders will be processed by the next business day. You will receive an email notification when your order has been prepared for shipment, with tracking information provided.

We currently only ship within the United States.

Most items can be ordered online for free pick up at our store in the Mercado District in Tucson. Just select the 'Pick Up' option in Checkout if it is available.

In-Store Pick Up orders are typically ready within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick up. Please bring you order confirmation and a photo ID to collect your order.

We accept online and in-store returns for unworn, unused merchandise with tags within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase.

You can request an online return via your Account or by emailing your order number and requested return items to hello@pueblahouse.com.

All online returns will be charged a return shipping fee of $10. You will receive a return shipping label by email once a return is requested and approved. Please ship all orders within 7 days of receiving your Shipping label. Returns that are shipped beyond 7 days will only be eligible for a refund to store credit.

All refunds will be processed, less the return shipping fee, within 4 business days after the return has been received.

All Swimwear, Beauty, Fragrance, Handmade and Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
